摘要(Abstract):
以CaSnO_3:Yb(3+),Er(3+),Er(3+),Li+作为研究对象,借助光谱分析法研究Yb(3+),Li+作为研究对象,借助光谱分析法研究Yb(3+)浓度有关的能量传递和热效应.结果发现:Yb(3+)浓度有关的能量传递和热效应.结果发现:Yb(3+)到Er(3+)到Er(3+)的反能量传递随Yb(3+)的反能量传递随Yb(3+)浓度的增加而加强,有助于提升光谱的红色占比;浓度增加的Yb(3+)浓度的增加而加强,有助于提升光谱的红色占比;浓度增加的Yb(3+)吸收更多的红外光子,并大部分通过无辐射跃迁转化为热能,使样品的温度随着Yb(3+)吸收更多的红外光子,并大部分通过无辐射跃迁转化为热能,使样品的温度随着Yb(3+)浓度的增加而升高,进而抑制光谱的红色占比.该研究结果可用于指导Yb(3+)浓度的增加而升高,进而抑制光谱的红色占比.该研究结果可用于指导Yb(3+)/Er(3+)/Er(3+)共掺系统上转换发光颜色的调控.
