幼儿教育阶段的核心素养及其培养策略On Key Competencies of Early Childhood Education Stage and Its Training Strategies

摘要(Abstract):
21世纪以来,核心素养备受关注,甚至成为各国制定课程标准的重要考量。结合世界各国、各组织的核心素养框架,挖掘出核心素养的意涵;指出幼儿阶段的核心素养主要包括自主学习能力、沟通协调能力和学习品质;最后针对幼儿核心素养的培养提拱了具体思路:即构建幼儿核心素养常模,实施情境化的教育模式,构建素养导向的评价机制等,旨在为"幼儿教育应该培养什么样的人"提供参考和借鉴。
