ZnO/BiFeO_3核壳纳米结构薄膜的制备及其光学性质On the Preparation and Optical Properties of the ZnO/BiFeO_3 Core-shell Nanostructure Films

摘要(Abstract):
采用溶胶-凝胶法在FTO导电玻璃上不同制备条件下制备ZnO/BiFeO_3核壳纳米结构薄膜.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、场发射扫描电镜((FESEM)和紫外-可见(UV-Vis)吸收等测试方法对ZnO/BiFeO_3核壳纳米结构薄膜进行表征.XRD测试表明,利用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)作为ZnO纳米阵列的保护层后,再旋涂BiFeO_3,则BiFeO_3薄膜为纯的钙钛矿相,空间群为R3c,而没有APTES保护层的XRD图中会出现杂峰.AFM结果显示,薄膜表面凹凸不平.ZnO/BiFeO_3核壳纳米结构薄膜的光学带隙约为2.6eV.
